The College is pleased to advise that GPEP Year 1 registrars employed by the College may be funded to attend the conference through the Expenses Reimbursement Policy.  If you have any queries, please feel free to contact the GPEP1 Administrators.

 

Faculty Payments

If your faculty will be paying for your registration, please choose Option 1 (Direct Credit/Cheque) in the payment section during the registration process. Once you have received your invoice, please send it through to the College's finance department for payment.  Email and scan to accounts@rnzcgp.org.nz or fax 04 496 5997. Please ensure you state which faculty should be paying your invoice.

 

Privacy

The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by RNZCGP. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name and organisation details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. Unless you advise Rachel Cook, Conference Manager rachel@conference.nz, your name and organisation will be included on the list of conference delegates distributed at the conference.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Friday 22 June 2018  will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.  All terms and conditions for Hotel bookings are noted in the online registration process.
